3x2 hours filming course
3x2 hours filming course
3x2 hours filming course in Hamburg, Eimsbüttel
The course is divided into three two-hour sessions, the first two on consecutive days and the third one or two weeks later.
On the first session we learn how to turn simple cups and cylinder shapes on the potter's wheel.
On the second day we will turn the turned parts — giving them their final shape and a base using turning tools.
On the third day of the course we sand and glaze the pieces.
These are then fired and are ready for collection some time later.
The course provides a basic understanding of working in a ceramics studio and then enables independent throwing and practice.
Material costs and firing costs are included.
Courses are available for up to two participants; if there are two of you, we can also arrange an individual appointment. The price is per person.
The course can also be given as a gift voucher.
If you have any questions, please write to hallo@marieballhause.com .
Please note:
You will get dirty on the potter's wheel - please bring appropriate clothing. The clay can also be easily washed out of clothing. Long nails are not suitable for pottering.
We use the last 10 minutes of the course to clean the work area.
Please make sure you plan your dates carefully, as all courses take place at fixed times. This means that I cannot replace or refund missed courses.
The cancellation policy states that if you cancel up to 30 days before the course starts, you will receive a full refund as a voucher and can take the course at any time. If you cancel within less than 30 days, the booking will expire and a refund is unfortunately not possible.
